Custom Shopify, catalogue connection and stock updates

Weber Rosen is a flagship example of what we do when Shopify has to talk to a real catalogue, not a handful of handmade product records. Your stock changes. The website keeps up, where the agreed connection supports it.

The brief

A working nursery cannot keep a large plant list accurate by copying it onto the website by hand. Varieties go in and out of availability. Customers need to see what can actually be sold, without the team maintaining two lists.

What we made

We built a custom Shopify website, connected the catalogue, set up automatic stock updates, and provided domain and email services so the shop, the inventory and the mailbox sit together. Compatibility and the behaviour of that connection were agreed before setup.

Weber Rosen

Weber Rosen presents rose varieties for private gardens and trade customers. The live site is in German and is used to browse the assortment and order plants. If your stock lives in an existing system, we can look at a similar connection.

  • Shopify storefront tailored to a specialist nursery
  • One inventory feeding the live catalogue, so availability is not typed twice
  • Domain and email set up alongside the website
